Arrow's History
In 1998, Arrow’s leadership passed to Dr. Carson Pue. Today, with over 1200 alumni, Arrow training leaders in eight countries of the world, and the launch of Executive Arrow in North America, Arrow has a growing worldwide impact.

Statement of Faith
Arrow Leadership International Ministries adopted the Lausanne Covenant as our statement of faith. The Covenant was first signed by the participants from more than 150 nations in the International Congress on World Evangelization at Lausanne in 1974.

Our Mission: Developing Christian leaders worldwide to be led more by Jesus, to lead more like Jesus and to lead more to Jesus.
Leadership Environment: We live at the crucible of one of history's most extraordinary moments in time. Never before have we faced the breadth of ethical and leadership challenges that lie before us today. Following Jesus' example, Arrow's passion and focus is to intentionally and intensively invest in a few select leaders. We believe that this strategic investment will lead to a ripple effect with exponential impact. Arrow assists these leaders to cultivate the right mix of calling, character and competency.
Our Vision: Arrow Leadership strives to be the premier transformational learning environment in the world for Christian leaders. We seek to impact all who interact with Arrow so that they are prepared and engaged to serve and share Jesus through their lives and ministries.
